We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used. This policy describes what personal information WordPuzzleGenie ("the App", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

- Firebase Analytics: see privacy details below.
- Firebase Auth: see privacy details below.
- Firebase Firestore: see privacy details below.

We do not knowingly collect any data we do not need to operate the App. We do not sell personal information, nor do we share it with data brokers.
2. How we use your information
- Provide and operate the App — render features, save your progress, sync between your devices, deliver purchases you make.
- Improve the App — aggregate usage analytics help us understand which features matter to users.
- Diagnose problems — crash reports and error logs help us fix bugs.
- Communicate with you — respond to support requests and important account notifications.
- Comply with the law — when required by law, court order, or regulator.
We do not use your personal information for behavioural advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
3. Third-party services we use
- RevenueCat
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Auth
- Firebase Firestore
- Sign in with Apple
Each third party processes data only on our behalf and is contractually bound to handle it in line with this policy. Their own privacy policies govern any independent processing they perform.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the App and meet our legal obligations. Specifically:
- Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Diagnostics and crash reports: retained for up to 90 days.
- Aggregated usage data: retained indefinitely in non-identifiable form.
- Purchase records: retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).
5. Children's privacy (COPPA)
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information can contact info@omniadataanalytics.com to request deletion.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information.
- Portability — receive a machine-readable copy of your data.
- Objection — object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent.
- Lodge a complaint — with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@omniadataanalytics.com. We respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their rights.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents may also request a list of the categories of personal information we have collected, sold, or shared in the prior 12 months. We do not sell personal information for monetary value, and we do not knowingly share personal information of users under 16 for cross-context behavioural advertising.
European users (GDPR)
The lawful bases on which we rely are: performance of a contract (to deliver the App you've installed), legitimate interests (to keep the App working and prevent abuse), and consent (where we ask for it explicitly, e.g., optional analytics).
7. International transfers
Our third-party processors may store and process data outside of your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, encryption at rest by our cloud providers, principle-of-least-privilege access controls) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will post a notice in the App and update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after the new policy takes effect constitutes acceptance.
