Reporting a bug

If something isn’t working, email us with a few details so we can reproduce it quickly: your device (iPhone or iPad), your iOS version, the app version (find it on the Profile screen), and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.

Subscriptions & billing

WordPuzzleGenie Premium is $4.99/month or $29.99/year (with a 1-week free trial on the annual plan). Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple, not by us.

Cancel: on your device, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > WordPuzzleGenie > Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the current paid period.

Restore purchases: if you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the Premium screen and tap “Restore Purchases” while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with.

Refunds: these are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or see support.apple.com/HT204084.

Syncing across your devices

Your saved library can sync between an iPhone and an iPad. Sign in with Apple on both devices using the same Apple ID, and your puzzles will appear in the Library on each. If a puzzle isn’t showing up, confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on both, that each device has a network connection, then reopen the app. Sign in with Apple is optional — it’s only used to sync your library, and we never ask for a password.

When a theme gets blocked

Every theme is automatically reviewed before a puzzle is generated, to keep the app appropriate for users of all ages. If you see “This theme isn’t supported. Try a different one.”, just pick a different topic — the vast majority of everyday themes (pop culture, history, science, hobbies, sports) pass through without issue. Blocked attempts don’t count against your daily generation limit.

Reporting an inappropriate puzzle

Because puzzles are AI-generated, a result occasionally won’t be what you expected. Tap and hold a puzzle in your Library, then choose “Report this puzzle.” We review reports promptly and may remove content or restrict accounts that repeatedly violate our content policy.

Deleting your data

If you never signed in, your library is stored only on your device and is removed when you delete the app. If you signed in with Apple and want your synced data deleted, email info@omniadataanalytics.com from the address tied to your account and we’ll remove it.

Privacy & data requests
